Insurance
Accepted Insurances - Aetna, Cigna, Husky, and United Healthcare.
Check with your insurance company for your specific plan's behavioral health benefits and co-pays.
If I'm not in your insurance's network and you would like to work with me, you may pay out of pocket and submit a superbill (which I will provide) to your insurance company for reimbursement. If you have questions about this, let me know!
You also have the option to pay privately without use of your insurance. (see fees below)
Fees
Private pay -
$160 per 53-60 minute session
$240 per 90 minute EMDR intensive
Insurance -
You pay according to your plan. If you have a deductible, you pay the amount your insurance would pay until you meet your deductible. If you have a co-pay, you pay that each session.
$80 out of pocket for an additional 30 minutes for an EMDR intensive when you use insurance for the first hour.
Types of sessions
In-person - Sessions are conducted face to face at my office in Canton. Familiar and personal.
Virtual - Sessions are conducted via telehealth over a HIPPA compliant web based platform. I provide you with a link which you click on at the time of our session and we meet over the screen. It's really easy and like we are in the room together just more convenient for many people.
EMDR intensives - EMDR sessions that are longer than the standard 53-60 minute session. Insurance only covers up to 53 minutes, but if you are looking for a more intense EMDR session, with the opportunity to make more progress in one session, you can pay out of pocket for the extra time (30 minutes)
